Part-Time HR Manager – Join Our Growing Team!
Location: California (Hybrid / Remote options available)
Company: Renewal Claims Solution
Renewal Claims Solution provides textile and electronics cleaning services across California. We’re looking for a part-time HR Manager to support our growing team and help strengthen our internal operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the hiring process – from posting jobs to onboarding new team members
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that keep our workplace compliant and organized
- Handle all employee paperwork, including contracts, benefits, and compliance documents
- Support management with employee relations, performance reviews, and team development
- Ensure smooth HR operations and maintain confidential employee records
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of HR experience (small business or service industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of California labor laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM) is a plus
Hours: 20–25 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
