Job Summary

The Robotics department is looking for a collaborative, customer-service-focused professional to provide financial management, oversight, and ethical stewardship of university and sponsor funds for an assigned group of faculty members. Robotics is growing, and as a member of our team you will have the chance to grow along with us. We are committed to providing an environment filled with integrity, enthusiasm, and respect, and you will help us build that culture. Much of this work is deadline-driven, so you identify and resolve problems with an eye to minimizing delays. You exercise discretion. work proactively to anticipate challenges and provide thoughtful customer service. You will report to the Robotics Unit Administrator. 

Research Administrators support Michigan Engineering research projects by coordinating budgets and timelines, securing funding and helping the work stay on track. This is crucial work that enables our research teams to tackle humanity's toughest problems.
